Dr. Samson Oyeyinka
Dr. Samson Oyeyinka, an expert in Food and Biotechnology from Johannesburg, South Africa, is the latest Bicol University part-time visiting professor.
He graduated with First Class Honors in Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and with Distinction in his Master's Degree in Food Technology. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science and Technology.
Dr. Oyeyinka is among the first 10 professionals in Nigeria cited by Scopus. He likewise joins the 20 elite professionals in Africa cited by Scopus. His research advocacy is focused on food model systems which are intended for vulnerable groups.
Presently, he is deployed at the College of Industrial Technology at the Department of Food Technology teaching Food Analysis and Food Chemistry.
